Happy Puppy Pet Grooming provides professional pet grooming services. Our goal is to offer a safe, clean, and loving environment for your pets during their grooming appointments.
All appointments must be scheduled in advance. Same-day services are subject to availability. Please arrive on time. If you’re late, we may need to reschedule your appointment.
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Missed appointments or late cancellations may incur a fee.
You confirm that your pet is healthy and up to date on vaccinations. If your pet has any medical conditions or behavior issues, please inform us in advance. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe your pet poses a risk to our staff or other animals.
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other electronic payment methods.
While we take every precaution to ensure your pet’s safety and comfort, Happy Puppy Pet Grooming is not liable for any unforeseen incidents, including but not limited to pre-existing conditions or unpredictable behavior.
